So. Tired. How do you SAHMs do it? Seriously, by the time nap time rolled around this weekend I was thanking the world for my break. Bob comes home tomorrow evening though, and I plan on taking full advantage of the fact. Somehow. Hey, at least all the meals are good to go for the week, no groceries required!

Monday: Pumpkin tortellini with Parmesan lemon cream sauce

Tuesday: Chicken stir-fry

Wednesday: Falafel

Thursday: Steak and potatoes

Friday: Pizza

Saturday: Chili

Sunday: Fish
