Made it through another week. Thursday I had most of my hair cut off, which was an adventure. It’s really short now, the shortest I’ve ever had it! It’s nice and light for Texas though. It’s pretty annoying to have long hair in the summer here and all I was doing was putting it in ponytails anyway. Cutting it off was freeing in a way. It might have helped that the same day was pretty busy, with a lot of cooking and my annual doctor’s visit thrown in, but I feel less stressed about life right now. Funny how hair affects you.

I’m looking forward to lots of new recipes this week. My friends have started to strongly hint at paying me for my leftovers, so I need to work on a good stash of recipes before I take them up on that!

Monday: Ravioli

Tuesday: Spicy Honey Pork Chops (this recipe but with pork)

Wednesday: Zucchini Herb Casserole

Thursday: Breakfast for Dinner: Pumpkin Waffles

Friday: Pizza

Saturday: Butternut Squash Lasagna

Sunday: BLT Quiche
