Menu Plan: January 25
My cleanse is done, so we’re back to eating “normal”. Only now I’m taking much more notice of what I’m ingesting – which was the point. I’ve noticed less of a hunger feeling overall and I think I’ll be able to make smarter choices.
Plus my husband went to the doctor last week and has decided he needs to go on a bit of a diet. We’ll see how that goes.
Monday: Mini bison burgers, broccoli, dill potatoes
Tuesday: Vegetarian tacos
Wednesday: Stir fry with brown rice
Thursday: Homemade macaroni and cheese
Friday: Homemade pizza
Saturday: Daring Cooks meal
Sunday: Squash-kale bread pudding
