Thank you! We are looking into moving to that part of Texas and I was hoping to get more information about the raw milk dairies there. Stryk will definitely be my dairy! I only hope they start selling at the farmers markets before we get there.

Great post! Very cool that you chose to do this for a 24,24,24 post. I drink only raw milk which I pick up straight from a local farm here in upstate NY…it’s the best!

What a fantastic post!! My family drinks raw Jersey milk and I can’t go on about how wonderful it really is Unfortunately, it’s not legal in my state so we do have to go to lengths to get it. Beautiful cows!!

My aunt used to make sheep’s cheese with raw milk .. I rather much preferred that to anything I could buy in the stores. Especially the feta and especially the marinated feta (not sure what it was marinated with but man did it smell strong but taste fine in a salad etc. Makes me wish I could get more of that kind of thing around here.

fabulous post! i’m a big supporter of raw milk and watch the FL legislation closely to try and help support the raw milk movement. it was nice to see other raw milk products featured, too. thanks!

Thank you! I worry my farm posts get too long but I’m glad some people enjoy them I don’t recall them saying anything about there being a specific milking season. I’d guess they rotate the cows to make sure they aren’t all being milked at once, but I could be wrong!
