		<description>Yum. I think the value of all of these alternative diets is that they provide us with such a fantastic array of new things to try. I know our normally carnivorous diet wouldn&#039;t be complete without a few vegan specialities thrown in every now and again. And I really appreciate the diversity of grains that&#039;s been reintroduced to the American diet by the GF crowd.

Love the notion of that quinoa salad. Bet the nuts and berries play well with those delicious little protein-packed grains.</description>
