What kind of camera do you use?
Currently my photos are taken with one of these:
- Canon Rebel XTi, with a 50mm 1.8 lens
- Canon Powershot Elph 100 HS
- iPhone 4S with Instagram or ProCamera apps
I use Lightroom for photo editing. Any videos on this site were taken with a Kodak Zi8.
How long have you been blogging?
I started this blog in 2006. It began as a place for general blathering, and then sometime in 2009 I decided to make it dedicated to food.

What platform and template do you use?
I use WordPress, with the Canvas theme from Woo Themes. Customizations and graphics were done by me. Most of the fonts on this site are Google Web Fonts.
