In a large bowl, combine coconut, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.

Mix until everything is completely coated and there are no dry bits remaining.

Scoop into small dome shapes and place on a lined baking sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes, taking care to not overbake. They will dry and crisp more as they cool.
