Wash rosemary and pat dry. You want to remove as much water as possible.

To hang dry, divide into bundles and tie with string. Hang for 2-4 weeks, until dry.

To dry in the microwave, place on a plate and cover with a paper towel. Heat in 30 second increments until dry.

Using a dehydrator, set to 95-115°F. Arrange in a single layer and dry for at least 6 hours, until dry.

In the oven, turn to lowest temperature setting. Arrange on a lined baking sheet and dry for 2-4 hours.
