Cream ingredients

Mix together sugars, butter, and peanut butter until light and fluffy.

Mix dry ingredients

In another bowl stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt

Add orange zest

Grate orange zest using a microplane or box grater and stir into dry ingredients.

Mix together

Scrape sides of bowl down and stir dry ingredients into sugar butter mixture.

Chill if needed

Dough should be thick and easy to form into balls. Chill in fridge if not.

Scoop

Scoop dough onto parchment lined baking sheets, or form balls by rolling dough pieces between your hands.

Make crosshatch and bake

Use a fork and press down on dough to make pattern. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
