This simple no knead focaccia is easy to make, even for beginner bread bakers! Garlic and herbs add tons of flavor to this delicious bread.

Combine yeast and warm water in a bowl and let rest until foamy.

Add in flour and salt, stirring well.

Mix until you have a shaggy dough.

Pour oil into a large bowl and add dough, turning to coat. Cover and let rise 4 hours or overnight in the fridge.

Fold dough over to the middle on all four sides to deflate dough.

Transfer to an oiled baking pan, cover, and let rise until doubled.

Stretch dough to fill pan to the edges, if needed, then use your fingertips to dimple the dough all over.

Sprinkle on garlic, herbs, coarse salt, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Bake 20-30 minutes at 450°F until golden brown and exterior is crisp.
