Strawberry Palmiers with Jalapeño
Thaw puff pastry and dice strawberries and jalapeño.
Combine strawberries, jalapeño, and sugar in a saucepan and cook to make a simple jam, then spread onto unrollled pastry.
Roll one side of pastry tightly, stopping at the middle.
Roll other side to meet in the middle.
Slice with a sharp knife into ¼-inch portions. Arrange on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake until crisp and golden, then let cool on a wire rack.
