White Chocolate Cookies with raspberries

White chocolate cookies are studded with fresh raspberries for an incredible taste you'll love.

Gather ingredients


Granulated sugar & brown sugar

All-purpose flour

Eggs & vanilla extract

Baking soda & salt

White chocolate chips

Fresh raspberries

In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugars.

Once light and fluffy, beat in egg and vanilla.

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt, and mix into butter mixture until well blended.

Mix in white chocolate chips. If using a bar, make sure it is chopped small before adding.

Slice raspberries in half lengthwise. Be sure to use firm berries that are dry.

Carefully fold raspberries into cookie dough, taking care not to crush them too much.

Scoop dough onto lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned.

Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely, then store in a cookie jar or airtight container.
