Not much to say this week. The rain surprised and distracted me, but I’ve got to get the show on the road so to speak, and finish up my tasks for the day.

Tuesday: Grilled cheese
Wednesday: Grilled bratwurst, tomato tart
Thursday: Quinoa Cakes (from Herbivoracious), salad
Friday: Fish tacos with roasted corn relish
Saturday: Use-up-the veggies stir fry
Sunday: Happy Father’s Day! My in-laws are visiting, so we’ll be cooking up a full spread: barbecue ribs, corn on the cob, grilled potato salad, and strawberry pie.
