In a sauté pan over medium heat, cook bacon pieces until crisp. Set bacon aside; do not drain pain.
Increase heat to medium high and add Brussels sprouts in a single layer, cut-side down. Let cook 5 minutes undisturbed, then flip using tongs and cook 3-5 minutes more, until tender.
Return bacon to the pan. Pour in maple syrup and add salt and pepper. Stir, cooking another few minutes until heated through and sticky.
