Instructions
For the Party Sliders:
In a large bowl, combine chopped onion, bread crumbs, water, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Add beef; mix well.
Shape meat mixture on waxed paper into a 10 x 5-inch rectangle. Cut into 8 square-shaped patties. Cook patties on a griddle pan or skillet for about 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Meanwhile, prepare waffle fries according to package directions.
On a serving platter, arrange burgers, waffle fries, and toppings and allow guests to customize burgers.
For the Chipotle Mayo:
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, finely chopped.
Cover and chill until ready to use. Makes about 1/2 cup.
For the Balsamic Mayo:
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar and freshly ground black pepper.
Cover and chill until ready to use. Makes about 1/2 cup.
For the Garlic Cumin Mayo:
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder and ground cumin.
Cover and chill until ready to use. Makes about 1/2 cup.
