creamy peanut butter

honey

rolled oats

lightly salted peanuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with silicone liner or parchment paper.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 30 seconds, stirring halfway through, to melt slightly.
Add oats and peanuts and mix well, making sure to not leave any loose, dry oats.
Spread mixture onto baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from oven and gently press down on granola with a spatula. This will help it form clusters. Let cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
