1poundasparagus
2tablespoonsolive oil
1/2teaspoonfine sea salt
1/4teaspoonground black pepper
1/2cupgrated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Trim ends off asparagus and arrange in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
Drizzle on olive oil and toss asparagus to coat, then spread out again. Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper. Spread grated parmesan over the asparagus.
Roast asparagus for 10-15 minutes, or until tender.
