1/2cupraspberry jam
1/4cupchopped pecans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. If you want to transfer your brie to a serving platter, line a dish or baking sheet with parchment paper. Otherwise, bake directly in a small casserole or large ramekin.
Cut the top off the brie, discarding or setting aside to add later. Place the brie in the casserole dish, cut side up.
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
Spread the jam on the brie in an even layer, then sprinkle on the pecans. If desired, place the cut off top back onto the brie.
Return the brie to the oven for another 5-10 minutes, until melty.
