Whipped Honey

Fluffy whipped honey is excellent for your morning toast or afternoon tea.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups raw honey

Instructions

  • Pour the honey into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment.
    1 1/2 cups raw honey
  • Slowly turn the mixer up to high speed. It will begin turning paler in color after a minute.
  • Continue whipping for 15-20 minutes, until the color is lighter and the honey is thick and creamy.
  • Use immediately or transfer the honey to an airtight container. Store at room temperature.
