The nutrition data provided under each recipe are a product of online calculators, and as I am not a registered dietician or nutritionist, I cannot guarantee that this information will be accurate. Using different ingredients, even as simple as changing to a different flour brand than the kind used in the original calculation, can change the actual nutritional composition of a recipe.

All provided numbers are estimates, and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical expertise.

Serving Conversions

Recipe cards include a serving size conversion for your convenience. However, I have not tested the results of this tool on each recipe. If you use the converter, you acknowledge that any reliance on its output will be at your own (and your recipe’s) risk.
